Right, thank you, so I'm with you on your first two paragraphs. I agree that pro-choice grants the ability to kill—under specific circumstances. Perhaps you would agree that there are differences between the killing of an abortion and the killing of not wearing a mask.

They take place at different stages of life. They have different motivations: an abortion is an inability to commit to raising a child which is at a minimum an 18-year commitment with many ramifications, not wearing a mask is an inability to occasionally wear a piece of cloth. An abortion is one life at a very early stage, not wearing a mask is risking exponential contagions, so many people at all stages of life.

I'm not even arguing what's right or wrong here. Really, what I want to say is we don't always fully understand the point of view of others, but it doesn't mean that they're intellectually dishonest or dumb. That assumption doesn't go very far.
