Right, but the definition also says "typically" a minority or marginalized, so it doesn't seem like it strictly excludes majorities from being targets of racism.

I agree with many of your points and the spirit of the whole article, but arguing about definitions seems moot. It expresses a defensiveness which, as you've pointed out in other articles, can get in the way of effective communication.
